Men: 1. illie Nastase–even though he was 1,should have been an all time great! 2. Petra Korda 3. Goran Ivanisovic4. Patrick Rafter-quitting in his prime before winning Wimbledon, is that crazy or what? 5. Marat Safin-why has this man never been #1? 6. Yannick Noah-all athleticism,no brain, where’s the Wiz? 7. Vitas Gerulaitis–too many women, too much partying 8. James Blake–get a new coach and learn to play tennis 9. Kraichek–only one grandslam, yeah I know it was Wimbledon, but he had a serve and game 10. Greg Rusedski–all talk and no action.
Women: 1. Hana Mandlikova-I know she did the same thing, retired before winning Wimbledon, but she was the true female Roger Federer, if she only had a brain, she could have been the greatest of all time. 2.Jana “choke” Novotna-need I say more?

hey guys,
im a sixth grader, and i play tennis whenever i can. our school does not have a middle school tennis team, and so i dont get to play all the time. i seem to be progessing really well in skill, and i have had a lot of ppl tell me i am a natural at tennis. but one thing i can not get the hang of is the twist serve, what are some drills for learning the twist serve.
ps. i m also looking for advice in the form of the serve

i am in High School, and want to join the tennis team, i have been practicing all summer for 2 hours a day with my friend (who is also a beginner), and we both desperately need some help. Since we are only teenagers, we cant hire somebody to coach us, so any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I was a avid tennis player, and I learned that be consistant. work on the basics forhand, backhand, and serve. Do not sway from being consistant
